Checking curator session…

1. Choose a previous report

Upload the original PDF or Word report in the library first, then select it here. Local matching uses your saved Evidence Classification guidance; it does not send documents to AI.

2. Open a saved report review

Private export for a future Onyx connection. Includes all eligible approved sections, not raw uploads or drafts. This is not a data backup and does not upload anything to INTELSYS.

Review every section

Keep observations, earlier recommendations, and management responses separate. Nothing here proves an action is complete. Empty sections stay in the report and are flagged as missing evidence.

AI extraction sends only the selected candidate excerpts to the configured provider after confirmation. Suggestions replace the on-screen review only, remain unsaved, and never activate themselves. Local matching can miss material: check the complete original too.

Source dates and management follow-up

The report number is not a month. Enter dates from the original. Word table row references are not PDF page numbers. Reviewing an old response never marks work complete today.

Automatic pairing supports simple three-column Word tables only. If rows are missing or the source is PDF/image-only, keep this review in draft until the missing evidence is captured.

Detailed audit checklist — exceptions and gaps

Most supported topics can reuse a section's validated excerpt. Open this checklist for gaps, non-applicable topics, or a topic-specific quotation. Supported means checked against this old source, not complete in a new report.

Drafts save incomplete work. Activation remains protected: all sections and knowledge topics must be reviewed, with gaps explained. A validated excerpt proves traceability, not accuracy, and historical actions remain unverified for the current period.
